Shipping costs and info

All prints will be shipped rolled up and packaged with the utmost care in a reinforced cardboard tube. Should you require the prints framed in a bespoke manner, we can arrange for the Printroom to give options and they can be shipped in a specialized shipping crate at the buyers expense. Please contact us if this is your requirement.

Shipping domestically within South Africa is free. The shipping carrier will be Postnet or another chosen courier.
A tracking number will be available when shipped.
Arrival time will be 4/7 days depending on the courier and area of delivery.
We will contact you if there are any delays beyond our circumstances.
International shipping is free for 3 or more prints. For 1 or 2 prints there is a shipping fee of USD $50.
Prints will be shipped via DHL or Fedex air courier for a faster delivery time as we know how exciting it is waiting in anticipation for your prints.
A tracking number is provided which can tracked on the carrier’s app or website.
We will also track the parcel and let you know of any unforeseen delays beyond our circumstances.

It is advisable to take insurance out on your prints. Email us for help regarding this if necessary.

Every care will be taken to ensure your prints get to you timeously and without delay.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays or tariffs or import duties in the country of arrival. The Carrier will contact you should there be any customs delays or issues once it arrives in the destination country and these are beyond our control.
